Glad you’re enjoying it, Mike. I’ve had a few guys tell me they like it, so this might be one that crosses over the gender divide.

I think this is a great thing you are doing and I hope it is an easy process. I just can’t figure out how to put it on my Kindle 🙂

I would love to get a signed bookplate from you (How generous of you!), but my printer is down right now and I don’t know when I can get it fixed or replaced. So, I have to be satisfied with telling you, I am on my way to the bookstore now to pick up “The Lies We Told”. I’m certain it will be wonderful.

  9. Diane Chamberlain on June 1, 2010 at 2:03 pm

Patsy, you don’t need a printer. Just fill out the form. I’ll do all the work.

I’ve read all your later books and have enjoyed everyone. I am looking to obtain some of your older books. I just got Summers Child and will be getting The Lies We Told. The first book I read was Cee Cee Wilkes and then I was hooked. I love the twists and the surprises at the end. Thank You and a special thanks for the bookplate. Not to many writers come to CT at least not in the area of CT that I live so now I can have an autographed copy and give one as a birthday gift.

A special thanks for caring about your readers. Keep those books coming I for one can’t get enough.

I just received The Lies We Told in the mail today from Amazon. I can’t wait for a free minute to begin. I have read every book and love every one of them. I signed up for your book plate today. How exciting for you to make the offer. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Carole

Love your books. Always a treat when a new one comes out.
I have 3 sisters and we are each so different. It is nice to read books about sisters and their relationships and how they change as the characters mature.
Good luck with the new book.
    Have a great summer.

I can’t print anything either. But, Diane, I can’t wait to read THE LIES WE TOLD. The trailer was very good and the book sounds excellent. Btw, I’d love to put a picture of my neighbor and I in the sister’s frame. We’re both breast cancer survivors. I’m a 12 year and she just finished a year of madness. Have a wonderful summer, Diane! I will share TLWT with her as well. 🙂

Ohhh Yes another book!!! Just ordered it from Amazon. My whole quilting class is hooked on your books. We quilt and chat about the books and characters. Thank you for the great books!

  15. Diane Chamberlain on June 2, 2010 at 2:17 pm

I love the image of a group of quilters sitting around, chatting about books while they work. Mel, love your idea for the sister’s frame! And once again, you don’t need to be able to print anything to order bookplates. 🙂
