Diane Chamberlain, you are a very talented and fantastic author! I have read a few of your books and all I can tell you is that once you open the first page, you dont want to put that book down. Your novels have strong meaning and so much details where you feel as if you know all the characters so well. I cant wait for April 24th for The Good Father to be sold in stores! I’m waiting by the hour just to get my hands on that book! Keep up the great work, Diane. We are very lucky to be able to still find good authors out there that write interesting books that touch our hearts, keep us entertained, and motivate us to move on in our daily lives. Your a natural writer Diane and I wish you all the best of luck! 🙂

Single parenthood is so difficult especially in a horrible economy. I think this topic is so interesting and Diane chamberlain will never let us down. I have followed her blog, Diane sitting in Starbucks and seeing a man and his daughter thinking that they were the characters. Just so excited for the book. Even more excited for a pre-release

I’m trying to decide whether to tell the gentleman you mention that he and his adorable daughter were my inspiration. I worry he’ll be insulted rather than honored and that’s the last thing I’d want to do. You have a good memory, Cathy!

I can hardly wait for your new novel Diane. It’s the best part of starting a new year, realizing we have a new DC book to read in the Spring. The people who somehow already found copies (how did that happen?) are so lucky to have read it already! I’m going to Barnes & Noble this weekend and ask them if there are copies sitting in the back room that I could beg, borrow or steal (lol)!!
Long time ago you commented on a new book you were working on…SAVING IVY HART…can you share how your writing is going? I assume the preliminary outline is done and approved.
I admire your constant work ethic and creating new works for all of us to enjoy…you are absolutely wonderful.

Margo, there are no copies yet. I don’t even have one. Certain early readers are given access to an e-copy by the publisher. I don’t know how the publisher chooses these folks who are asked to review the book with their honest opinions. In the UK, there is an Amazon program through which this is done, so the UK Amazon page is already aglow with lovely reviews of this book: http://amzn.to/AwVoJJ

As for Ivy, I’m deep in her story. Of course, that cast of characters is yanking me around at the computer and the outline is crumbling as they do their own thing, but I’m having fun with them. I need to whip them all into shape by August 1st.

Looks like it’s that time of year again. Diane new novel time! Looking forward to it.

Germany is not listed – and you do have at least one big fan in Germany! I love your books and I read them in english anyway because the translations are – unfortunately – mostly very bad. So I’d love to see Germany included in the next contest 🙂
